Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

In addition to being passionate about Disney, I also really enjoy cooking and baking. The from scratch kind. Although, like Disney, I do not get to do it as much as I like, this cake is something I have been working on over the years and in my attempt to get out of my comfort zone, I thought I would post it here. This cake is the most requested by my loved ones for their birthdays. I find it a forgiving thing to bake other than the first time when I made too much ganache and just poured it on making a chocolate coated cake, cake plate and counter. It is a stunner without any artistic abilities and it is delicious!
